I was thinking.
As i always am.
How i'd really like someone to come out on their bike with me. When i'm out, i'll see other people on bikes.
Pretty much all of them i see are much older than me.
Wearing yellow vests and helmets. Obviously taking it a bit more seriously than i do.
Even though it's more of a solitary hobby, it can be done alone and you only need yourself to rely on.
I'd just like someone to be with me.
It makes me wonder, if maybe they feel the same?
I've been out on my bike alone, a lot.
I've been out with others, a long time ago.
It's just always nicer to go and explore with someone, discover new places together.
To know that someone is there if you need them.
All of that lead to thinking about solitary sports.
It occurred to me that swimmers, might get quite lonely?
All you have is yourself and no music.
You can't listen to music underwater.
(probably can with waterproof gear, but y'know)
I know that if i was a swimmer, i'd get lonely.
Just saying.
